Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in new, unused condition with original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
- Air tool attachments that show signs of use
- Opened packages of air line accessories
- Any specialty tools with removed protective coatings
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for faster processing.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at: Automotive Tools Store

- Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt until the return is processed.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Payment Method Refund: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size, color, or different product):
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
